Gift Guide For Her | 2017

As promised here’s the second installment of my gift guide! Gifts for her (aka buy me this)

Most of the items are things I’d like, and what I’m gifting, while a few of them are tried and true loves of mine. Here we go! (links in pink!)

1. Tea. Any kind of tea is a great gift for warm and cozy holiday nights, but this Tea Pigs licorice and mint one is seriously delicious. It was a fan fave on youtube for a while and I can see why. It doesn’t taste of licorice per se, it’s just very minty, subtly sweet and soothing. Perfect if you’d like a tea that’s sweet but without adding anything extra to it. Try it, you’ll love it, and so will they!
2. A festive mug! This Emma Bridgewater one is so adorable. I collect little robin items to use and decorate with during the holidays, so I love this design. If you don’t like birds, she makes a ton of beautiful prints (like this popular star one) that would suit a variety of different tastes. It’s a pricey mug, but weighty and beautifully crafted.
3. A little Louis is a sure-fire winner am I right? This little coin purse is a cult favorite and is even cuter this year with this adorable limited edition holiday print. It’s perfect for coins, holding a little cash, or even to hold earphones. The price is right for just that perfect amount of luxury this holiday season.
4. A little more pricey, these Gucci loafers have been all the rage this year. I own the closed back original loafers and can attest to their comfort and durability. Not only are these so easy to just slip on, they add a put together look to any outfit effortlessly. A great investment piece and even greater gift!
5. I’ve chosen Byredo Blanche as my fragrance choice this year, but any fragrance is a great choice. I like to gift non-polarizing fragrances and ones that have been popular during the year. Another great option would be Chanel’s new Gabrielle and Hermes’ new Twilly fragrance. Beautiful and very well received by a variety of fragrance lovers.
6. This adorable SMEG tea kettle comes in a variety of colors as well as stainless steel. SMEG’s designs are an ode to vintage looking kitchen appliances while adding a modern twist and excellent quality. I’m secretly hoping for this kettle and I know it will be a well-received gift.  It’s one of those things that you wouldn’t really spoil yourself with but would love to own.
7. Since I’m a Sony photographer, I’m going to recommend a sony point and shoot camera. This little guy is a wonderful present because not only is the quality phenomenal, it has amazing features like a flip-up LCD screen and wireless transfer of files to your cell phone! (No more cables and memory card readers!) Trust me on this one.
8. The Diptique Baies candle. Because, #basic, and to be fair it smells amazing, looks beautiful in Instagram photos, burns forever and everyone wants one. Gimme.
9. I numbered my items wrong and forgot to put number 9. whoops.
10. Monica Vinader has grown in popularity and has made its way from the UK to the US! This gorgeous bracelet is dainty but has a lot of detail in its design. A perfect little piece of jewelry that isn’t generic and looks like you spent lots of time picking it out.
11. Longchamp bags have made their way onto many a Christmas gift guide. This one in specific is the newer more fashion-forward offering from the brand. The all-black design and crossbody strap just takes what was an already amazing bag and makes it even better. There is no one that won’t find a use for this bag. A guaranteed winner at a great price.
12. Uh-oh another SMEG item. Can you tell I’m hinting pretty hard at a certain someone that I need to update my kitchen appliances? All the same things apply to this toaster as the tea kettle. Beautiful, well made and mine? hint, hint.
13. Any sunglasses would make a great gift, but how cool are these super large and in charge Gucci glasses?! A classic design reworked in Christmas colors! Festive and fabulous. #yaaass
14. I’m all for “diamonds are a girl’s best friend.” But I’m quite the clumsy individual and would hate to lose a giant pair of solitaire earrings. Enter these Nordstrom earrings. They’re sparkly and very well made. A great pair of earrings – minus the anxiety.
15. Monica Vinader! You’re back! This ring was one I tried on in the Monica Vinader store in the Dubai Mall. I kind of wish I bought it that day… but holiday time is the perfect time to rectify those mistakes.. am I right?
16. LUSH. Would it be me without LUSH in the gift guide?! You really can’t go wrong with any of their bath gift sets, but this one was my favorite!
17. This gift is going to win you some major brownie points. Not only is this the most hyped gift this year, it’s the greatest thing that ever happened to my meal planning. It is seriously the best kitchen appliance you will ever own. If you’re curious about it, there are a billion videos on youtube that show you all the amazingness this thing has to offer. Mine is the DUO 8 qt. and that’s the one I highly recommend.
18. A cookbook to go along with the instant pot. Go big or go home, right? It’s got a variety of different recipes and very highly rated on Amazon!
19.  These Rifle Paper Co. adorable notebooks are a joy to write in. They’re whimsical and just the right size to pop into a purse and take on the go. It’s something everyone needs, just cuter.
20. I’m not gonna lie, this Tom Ford palette is an expensive eyeshadow quad. However, if you don’t know how to blend eyeshadows, this will make you look like a pro. The shadows are buttery and gorgeous and this gift is sure to impress any makeup lover in your life.
21. And here we are, at the end! If you’re wanting a foolproof makeup gift, look no further. The Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette has become a cult favorite. Neutral enough to use every day, but with pops of rich mauves and cranberries to enhance all eye colors and make you look elegantly festive.
