This is the easiest strawberry ice cream recipe ever. I promise.
I don’t know about you, but I like to know what’s going into my kiddos’ tummies.
Both of my boys have a huge sweet tooth (I wonder where they get that from?) and they adore ice cream. This is my go-to dessert when I’m short on time and want to make something super simple. This recipe originally came from my aunt, so she gets all the credit! I’ve since tweaked it and have been making this version which my family loves!
You’ll only need 4 ingredients (that you probably already have) to make this delicious – and super easy – creamy, strawberry ice cream! Recipe below!
I hope you love it!
Leave any questions down in the comments and I’ll get back to you right away!
Enjoy!

- Place all of your ingredients in your Blendtec Blender (if you don't have one read notes below) and press the ice cream button.
- When complete, the ice cream should resemble a very runny soft serve ice cream.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into an airtight container* and freeze overnight.
- Once frozen, remove your container of icecream and allow it to sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes.
- Scoop out your delicious ice cream and enjoy!
Note:
If you don't have a Blendtec Blender, you can use a regular food processor. Make sure to pulse the mixture until smooth!
If you like your ice cream less sweet, add in half of the sweetened condensed milk first, then taste. Add more as needed.
* This is the freezer container I use. It prevents freezer burn and makes scooping very easy. (affiliate link)
